Welcome to The Coconut Plantation at Ko Olina Resort and Marina

Developed in 2001 and located on Oahu’s leeward coast, the residential community of The Coconut Plantation is a common interest development of town homes with 270 units. The property contains 82 buildings with eight floor plans, ranging from 1,000 to over 2,000 square feet. Entry is through a gated security entrance and each unit is assigned two parking spaces. The entire community consists of approximately 30 acres of tropical landscaping and is situated along the Ted Robinson 18-Hole Signature Golf Course.

Our Residential Community

The Coconut Plantation offers amenities often experienced in a Five Star Resort community. Nestled within lush tropical landscaping, we maintain two beautiful pools and three spas. The Ocean pool and spa with its shallow waters and sand are perfect for families with children. Lounge chairs, shade pavilions, and communal grills are available at both The Ocean and The Lagoon pool and spas. The third facility, The Hidden Spa, is located in a secluded oasis just off our pedestrian pathway.

We offer the class and luxury of upscale Ko Olina at its finest, from residential living to thirty day or longer holiday stays. We suggest, before purchasing or renting within our community a review of the House Rules, Bylaws and property map to determine if our community fits your lifestyle. Something to consider, like other area properties, we do not offer traditional sidewalks or designated play areas. However, we are located just blocks away from the world-famous Ko Olina lagoons!

All owners are members of the Association of Apartment Owners of The Coconut Plantation at Ko Olina Resort & Marina. The affairs of the Association are governed by a nine-member Board of Directors elected by the Association. The Association has a President and officers who are appointed by the Board.

The Board has appointed a Managing Agent to provide fiscal and other services to the Association. The Managing Agent has assigned a management executive to monitor these services and to work with the Board of Directors in carrying out its responsibilities to the Association. A General Manager has been employed to manage the project.

All Coconut Plantation employees report to the General Manager. In the absence of the General Manager, employees may receive direction from the President of the Board of Directors, or occasionally, from another Board Member designated by the President.

Our mission: The Association of Apartment Owners of The Coconut Plantation mission is to promote a friendly neighborhood environment, protect property values, and support a clean, crime free, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood.

Our objectives include, but are not limited to promoting neighborhood safety, maintaining architectural integrity, continuing planned and superior maintenance, maintaining and improving common areas, and promoting a sense of community.

  • Financial integrity – Ensure the financial process is run effectively and in the best interest of homeowners and the association.
  • Covenants administration – Ensure that covenants are understood by all homeowners and work to resolve covenant issues in an expedient manner.
